Lied to at interview by Security Manager. Turn over of guards is regular.
No respect for staff at all. They think they own you. Training is shoddy. Supervisor was constantly interrupted by Manager wanting other jobs done whilst he sat doing nothing.
All security staff had to go over his head to get breaks put into 12 hour shifts. Any disagreements were met with abuse.
Manager and Supervisor use audio cctv to listen to guards private conversations which is totally illegal.
Totally incapable of doing a monthly rota and leaving it. Rota changes could go into double figures.
Several guards, past and present, informed Manager of Supervisor drinking on duty. Totally ignored it.
Manager showed his immaturity by taking a photo of a female member of office staff at a Xmas party, and sent it to the FB security computer.
Wanted a sick note when told I was unconscious in hospital. Argued with my wife over it.
Tried to bribe me to return to work after I informed him i'd dislocated my shoulder.
Informed Personnel i'd indicated i was ready to return to work. Not done anything of the sort.
INTEGRITY IS SOMETHING THEY EXPECT FROM YOU. IT'S VERY MUCH LACKING FROM THEM!

- Gemma Newton Review added: 2018.01.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely disgusting how my partner has been treated whilst working here, the manager was horrible with him, he got sacked for being off sick with a bug (he appealed against this) got his job back, went in the next day and they sent him home said we still had his job and they would contact him by email with a time to go back (never did) and emailed a letter on the 05/12/17 saying he was sacked AGAIN for absolutely nothing the place is a joke!!!!
